We provide free Standard shipping worldwide. Packages are handled by the national postal services of the originating and destination countries. We provide estimated delivery dates but cannot guarantee the initial estimates. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the national postal services or the customs agencies. All packages receive an international (UPU) tracking number.
For an additional fee we provide Expedited Internation shipping as well.
If you find that the Mitsuro Hikime block you purchased is not satisfactory, please first email us and we will work with you directly to resolve the issues if possible. If we conclude that the best option for you is to send the block of wax back we will issue a refund (shipping will be deducted).
If you change your mind and would like to cancel your order you can freely do so before shipment and a full refund will issued. Please email us in this case.
